I can cook up an RIAA preamp for a fraction of that. I don't need bells
and whistles, it'll be labor intensive, anyway. A full Wagner Ring cycle
is about 14 hours on over a dozen 12" LPs. Most of the work will be
seamlessly concatenating them in Audacity.
