Key fob problems

Trying to identify these pieces on my mother board to my key fob . It's not allowing my key to engage with the ignition , the first photo is of a chip that reads AMS 0308MYZ 300041 it has a hairline crack in it . Will that cause a problem? The is a black like reciever that reads D 105 on it . I know forsure that's a leading cause seeing how it's broke . I was going to attempt to solder that back on . If anyone can help me . You'd be my hero
