Try googling anything like 'programmable key fob' and you get zillions of links for fobs designed to learn or emulate or clone existing products. This is not the type of thing I'm looking for.
I need to build systems that use 100 or more 4 button key fobs, and the receiver can decode a serial number for each device so that it can a) modify button function on the basis of the user and b) register the data. Don't need high sec. system but do require at least rolling codes.
There seem to be a lot of 4 button fobs on the market, I'm hoping to buy them ready made.
Classic Keeloq seems to be meet the bill, but I'm finding that they are all set with their own Manufacturers code for use with their own simple 4 output decoder.
Does anybody know of a ready made fob (EU freq...433MHz) which has uC that can be programmed?
