Would AC analysis of transistor circuits be usable at VHF ?

Hi all,
Will AC analysis do me when doing the math on low power VHF transmitters?
It's impossible to get affordable software to simulate at RF frequencies.

You could do a pencil and paper analysis and do fine at vhf. review how to
compute and handle the collector to base capacitance and use "millers
therom" to simplify the circuit so that a pencil and paper analysis is
readily accomplished.

Or use nice, free LTSpice from www.linear.com and just model paractics
as additional components on the schematic...
