Hello all!
In my introduction post I alluded to the work I need done
and it goes a little something like this

down to a bare operating DMD that I can use on my laser table.
To my knowledge this will entail spoofing the system into believing the projection lamp and color wheel are still attached and operating (among other daunting tasks).
The removal of the lamp and color wheel are my two primary concerns; Holograms need to be exposed in the dark and said lamp will spoil my film and ruin the whole operation, while the spinning color wheel will create vibration that also ruins holograms.
As far as the rest of the details of the mod, I'm at a loss. This is why I'm willing to pay.
So, there it is - a few hundred bucks to whomever can essentially turn DLP TV guts into a DMD developer kit; nothing attached to the DMD board except power in and a DVI input from my PC.
As of Thur May 30, I am only a few days away from being able to purchase the aforementioned TV guts, and could have one shipped to you for the modifications in short order.
