I purchased a board which has a 5 pin male header, and have been attempting to get a mating part. The best thing I have found is a molex female housing PN 22-01-2057 and crimp terminal PN 08-50-0005. How do I insert the terminal into the housing, i.e. one side of the housing has slots in it and the terminal is not symmetric.

Or is there a company that will sell assembled connectors?

If you look under Molex mfgr, they'll have insertion directions for their pins.
Typically, with Molex, you install the wire in the pin, and then insert the pin (from the back) of the connector, and the pin has 'fins' that snap it in place.
Just out of curiosity, you might check that connector on the board, and see if it has a
mfgr name on it, then you'd know for sure where to get it's mate.
