amplifier 4 mhz

i have a problem to find an ic can work at 4 mhz frequency low noise
and its circuit if any one have the solution please tell me

Most any garden variety opamp will work at 4 millihertz.

If this is 4MHz and you want gain control as well look at the Analog
Devices AD603.
