TV sound

dont know if I missed something, but I have tried everything in my knowledge to sort the issue at hand out!

I have Sky+HD and a Blu-Ray player. but when I play a film through sky is seems fine and normal TV. and the volume is quite loud when on 20. but when watching a Blu-Ray film I have to have the TV on 40-50 just to hear it? wht would this be??

Hi there. I to have a wide range volume problem between my sky tv and my free view digital reciver. You have sound, so it might be cableling, scart HD connections, cables vary in quality, this is only a maybe, or sound menu settings on the device, ideas to try,as you have some sound, under the hood iam not sure, but i would check the other two first, a poor scart lead can be an offender.
