T Tony Jan 1, 1970 0 Sep 4, 2007 #4 I couldn't find any decent-sized serial RAM when I needed it, and ended up using RAMTRON's FRAM - 256k bits, which is non-volatile, but acts like RAM in writability, speed, power and lifetime. Tony.
