semi-OT Need low-cost PTZ USB

Hey guys...been a while and I see the group is full of interesting on-topic
stuff these days. ;-)

You guys helped me find some obscure stuff a while back, and my searching is
running in circles again today. I'm looking for a low-cost PTZ webcam-type
camera, indoor use. USB is perfect, Ethernet not so bad either.
Seriously...cheap is the big thing.

FWIW, the plan is to mount it to a mobile robot that can be controlled via
IP, from anywhere. The robot had a fixed camera, but it would be better to
have an additional moveable eye.

Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
