Question about watch motors

Does anyone here know a powerful mechanical watch mechanism.

Which is unmoved by human interference.

I'm designing a mechanical watch for the blind. The watch has two rotating disks on
the face with nubs indicating hours and minutes.

How do i make the disks strong enough so when a blind person touches the nubs on the
face he/ she doesn't interfere with the mechanism?

As others have said, why reinvent the wheel, there are plenty of talking clocks etc out there for the blind

The answers I recieved from the other thread, weren't really that helpful.
They were basically telling me to stop the project. Which I can't. so...
I decided to change the project slightly.

And I'm changing the mechanism to something more traditional,

so I was wondering where I could get information on the motors used in 'say pocket watches'.
