i want to buy a switch-mode power transformer with a(16-8-24)volt can any one help me to find it

Most all SMPS transformers are custom jobs, as such you'd need to wind it yourself (which would be the epitomy of non-trivial) or find something close enough that you can modify your circuit to work with.

Those are odd voltages, btw. Which is which (primary/secondary/aux)?

Compact 24V SMPS units are readily available with currents up to 10A I use them regularly... there are plenty of them for sale on the net

you would soon to be able to use it to produce your 24V and using external regulators to produce your 16V and 8V rails.
As Mitchekj suggested, you are not likely to easily find a ready made unit with those voltages out.
