A Chinese site says this about the P2003EVG; 30V 9A SOP-8 PMOS, replace the SI4435, FDS4435, APM4435, AO4415

If you can find any of these they are more powerful than the original.
(P2003EVG 35mΩ(@ 4.5Vgs) 20mΩ(@ 10Vgs) -3V(gsTh) -9A 2.5W)
P1403EVG 22mΩ 14mΩ -3V -12A 2.5W
P1203EVG 19mΩ 12mΩ -3V -12A 2.5W
P1003EVG 16mΩ 10.5mΩ -3V -13A 2.5W
P0703EVG 13mΩ 7.5mΩ -3V -17A 2.5W

Maybe.

You will note that the transistor you want to replace must have specs at least as good as the best of those it is described as replacements for.

The P1403EVG is NOT the highest spec of these, so strictly the answer is NO. However it really depends on what the original transistor is called on to do and whether that can also be done by the transistor you have.
