I can see my post getting criticized but the bottom line is I'm not good with forums and I was hoping someone in here wouldn't mind being my "mentor" to electronics via instant messenger or e-mail.

I can post 100 questions and get 100 opinions but I will forget to come back and look it up or get aggravated by the lack of an instantaneous answer.
