Looking for a low-power display

Hi All,

I'm looking for a low power display/indicator.

The kind I'm looking for is a static indicator; it "flips" to display
different things. (A selenoid moves a bit of plastic)

I found a mil-spec version, but that's way over budget.

I see them on the local transit buses; the destination displays are
made with an array of these things.

Any clues how to find one? Anyone know who the manufacturer is?
