JVC MX-C220 won't turn on

Hello i have a jvc mx-c220 when i turn on the unit the display show demo 2
sec and turn off no click nothing !!
anyone have an idea ?

Could be just a psu rail missing. Or it could be a more serious fault in the
main power amp section

All my voltages are OK
and i get out the power amp module (it can work without it)
still the problem

nearest manual I have is the C330, and theres nothing helpful about
protection CCts etc in it. If it is almost the same unit the output is an
STK4141 which will run without it in circuit.- if this was faulty- the unit
would run but not cut in.
I suspect you may have more of a micro-micro not talking problem- CA-D4T
series very similar had issues with this. turned out to be the 64? pin
flatpack tape+ .. controller IC HD404xxx. display came on since front micro
runs but can't initialise with the other micro.
Another thought- the CD mech or tape mech/motor isn't jammed?
Can't find my C220 manual- not even sure if I had one.
