how to choose ones heathing

Good morning,
How do I have to calculate which heating per room I need when I buy new
heathing elements.
I mean how many WATT per square meter is required ?
Additional info: my house is very good isolated against the cold, and the
house has been buld in 1982.

In order to calculate how much heat your house needs, you need to
calculate how much it's losing.

Once you know how much heat it's losing, you'll know how much heat to
add.
