Hitachi 50UX27K Red spot

I have a fuzzy red spot in the center of my screen can you
tell me what would cause this. It's most noticeable with a
light background.

Either dirt on one of the lens assemblies, probably green or blue, or a
physical burn on either the green or blue. Have it professionally diagnosed,
hopefully you have a service policy on the set. .
