High bit rate Radios

Does anyone know of any companies who manufacture small, high bit rate
(>10 Mbps) radios that aren't WLAN or big rack mount equipment?
Frequency range is less of an issue, but I imagine they'd be UHF or
Microwave. I'm trying to figure out what's in the market before I
design my own. Thanks.

For private point-to-point transmission, I guess ?
What distance should it cover ? Continous ? Portable ?
