Controlling supply voltage

Hi, I currently have a 4.5V battery. One part of my circuit cannot exceed 3.5V the other requires as close to 3.7V as possible. Do you have any idea how I could achieve this?

Get a low dropout 3.3 volt regulator. That may be good enough for both.

There are other ways, but you'd have to give us way more information before I'd be able to give you a better answer.
