circuit board repair

Hi guys I am very electrical. Chalanged so be kind.lol I have a circuit board that went bad as per the manufacturer service rep.so im asking who can I send this out to? ITS A MATHERS MICRO COMMANDER ELECTRONIC SHIFTER. Fly buy wire for my boat .problem is it wont shut off unless I disconnect the 12 v power supply. Thanks in advance for any help.

No they want me to upgrade

Of course...but check with some independent marine electronics service shops. Mathers seems big enough that independents would handle it. Depending how old it is though, it might or might not be cheaper to upgrade than repair.
