Adding a voice dialer to an ADEMCO 15P?

Hi,

I am wanting to install my own alarm system and have it call my cell
phone. I like the ADEMCO 15P and I like this dialer (for no real
reason):

I am unafraid of installing and programming but Im a novice. Im
assuming that just like triggering the siren, an ADEMCO could trigger
a miscellaneous device, such as a dialer? If so, can the ADEMCO
trigger different outputs based on fire/flood or security/perimeter?

BTW the reason I've settled for now on the ADEMCO line is their
recessed wireless magnetic sensor and their ultra-small transmitter
(1"x1").
