    square wave generator on 100MHz

    i need a circuit that generates a square wave. it doesn't have to be lo-hi-lo-hi, can be lo-hi-hi-hi-lo-lo. it also has to oscillate like that for at least 100MHz. i don't mind getting a special IC... anything to make the job easier, really.
