square wave generator on 100MHz

    i need a circuit that generates a square wave. it doesn't have to be lo-hi-lo-hi, can be lo-hi-hi-hi-lo-lo. it also has to oscillate like that for at least 100MHz. i don't mind getting a special IC... anything to make the job easier, really.

    well that isn't going to be a square wave now is it ;)


    tell us more about your project
    why do you want 100 MHz ? do you intend messing up the FM band reception for all your neighbours ?

    ok, a "rectangular" wave generator...

    anyways, this a separate device from what i'm doing experiments on radio frequencies (i happen to be working on several things at the same time). all that i'll say for now is that this is for feeding random bitstreams for testing...

    actually i changed my mind... looks like simply going at around 20MHz is just fine.
