    Volume Controller for iPod

    not sure what they were called but some vehicle audio amplifiers came with a passive gain adjuster or volume level control attachment. see if you can find one at a place that specializes in car audio. unless otherwise specified, it should be placed in between the source audio signal and the amp.

    new to here (obviously) and i do some work randomly in the audio industry from time to time, setting up rigs for live sound, music production, djing, mixing, etc... i would think i'm somewhat of a self-taught audio engineer(i use the term loosely) after doing research about a ton of subjects...
