Is it dangerous to store an electronics with silica gel sachets for many years? will the silica gel crack cracking and release all stored water and moisture and damage device electronic? silige gel absorbs moisture

The moisture is absorbed in the gel structure so will not leak out. The moisture is liberated if the gel is heated so the sachets can be dried in an oven.

the silica gel ages over the years, when the gel gets old streak and releases the water?

If you look on Wikipedia you will see that the blue silica gel contains a cobalt salt which is not heathy so do not eat it. The colour will tell if the gel is saturated with water.
You could experiment to determine the number of useable cycles. My guess would be about a thousand.
