chassis is out of the box and so far everything looks intact no bad
solders anywhere. Seems there must probably be some blown R or cap or
something else that lets some part overheating with too much juice

Picture disappears after about 1+ hour of normal start up and normal
viewing but sound remains loud and clear . Opened the front chassi
acces and directed a table fan air flow inside the TV to cool the
board off to see if there is an overheating part somewhere. After
approx 2 min of cooling that way, picture began to come on and off
(cycle) . Searched the net for the problem fix found nothing on this
particular model
Couple of years ago had to take the chassi out to fix a poorly
soldered connection. Had no problems since
