What is this?

I found this in a junk box and I don't have any Idea what it is. I turn it on and Error code E02 appears so that's as far as I get. There isn't any brands or model numbers anywhere, except in the battery compartment it has this PO#JI-14214 number which has produced no info at all. It holds a SD card and the front looks like it has a small lens with a small like speaker on lower front that once gave off a sound that possibly could be explained as a security alert maybe? I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me what this is. I have attached pics..

I suppose it's a motion detector module!

By the third pic i suppose to see a Fresnel lens and i think it contains inside a Piroelectric sensor!

Try to switch it on and see what happens!
