Hey all, what do you this component will be ??

My rice cooker can't function and after using test pen to test the component i found tat this component didnt pass electricity. What is this component ??
The words on it write

These things contain a low melting point metal that forms the circuit inside. When they heat to the melting point, the metal melts and the fuse opens.

Then you but another one.

Yeah, it's a thermal fuse. You should be able to cross the numbers on it to
the correct amperage.
Each manufacturer also used the colored goop to seal it, to designate the amperage
for their product line.
Buy two if you use you're rice cooker regularly. I blow mine about once a year.

And do not ruin the new fuse when installing it. If it is soldered, use a heat shunt.
