Has anyone used one of these?
I acquired two of these devices for almost nothing. Both appear to work and I am able to measure various resistances, capacitance and inductances. However I'm sure the equipment can do far more than what I do with basically one button!
I have searched the web repeatedly and find that manuals are about as common as rocking horse manure.
I think the price I paid reflects the lack of available documentation.
I have tried contacting Wayne Kerr through their web site without response (as have others). I'm not sure if it is unmonitored (WK have changed hands and so has their new owner) or they don't respond.
The device was apparently manufactured during the 1990's in the era when vacuums florescent displays were the bees knees.
