I don't hold a hope you'll be able to help me but here I go, I have a
small SMD device to identify, I am completely sure it's a transistor,
just not what type or values. It's part of a block of 3 transistors near
a comparator used in the power controlling board of a PSU, it's 3
terminaled, the type with a small black body and three leads, two in a
side, one lead in the opposite side (centered). The only markings I can
read in the burned shelling of the device is "1F".
hehehe very hard one. any luck? btw the device is phisically damaged, so
I doubt DMMing would help.
