Hi,

I am stuck at a point where I have to calculate the current generated
because of the ion strike in space.

I have found a formula which is

I = K x (Q/T) x sqrt(t/T)x exp(-(t/T))

where Q = Deposited Charge
T = Pulse time constant ( taken to be 0.1,0.3,0.5)
t = time on x axis.
K = Constant

I am not sure how to find out the value of const K. It will be great
if someone knows the value of constant K or can guide me about how to
calculate the value of K. I will really appreciate anykind of help in
this matter.

Thanks you,

Kshitiz

This looks more like a homework problem than a CAD problem to me. You need
to remember the general differential equation relating charge and current,
and then see what value of K is needed for it to be satified.
