I just don't feel comfortable opening zipped attachments from people I don't know. You may have better results if you post a screenshot instead.

I am really struggling to know whether to assume that the elements in the circuit diagram are appropriate, or ask you to draw it again with the mosfets explicitly N or P channel.

Essentially you have a pair of mosfets driving a quasi-complementary pair.

Due to the configuration, the circuit can't switch as close to one rail as the other, however it has a low output impedance.

It looks a lot like homework though, so I won't go further.
