Unknown IC

I am repairing a device which has an unkown ic on it. It is not very old only for 16 years ago.its name is ( zmd. jumo 7030.10. )

Anybody knows what is it????

From what kind of device is this board?
I assume this is is a custom chip made by former ZMD for a company named JUMO. You probably will not find public information for this chip.

It is for thermo haake c35p circulator .
I email to them and ask to send shematic of device but no reply yet.

Looks like a ZMD asic as Harald has said. You might be out of look here because once the asic volume declines it becomes cost prohibitive to do additional production runs so unless she manufacturer has stock....
