Trying to find a datasheet UC81541

Hi All,

I am a newbie to your site. I am trying to find data on a Unitrode UC81541 SOP-8 part. I don't even know the description. It is part of a switching power supply within an AC VF Drive. Usually, I can find a datasheet but this one come up blank no matter where I look.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help is appreciated.

Unitrode parts are now handled/made by Texas Instruments. Other also do copies. usually the UC part is dropped from the number.

The UC81541 aparently was a made to order IC hence why you cant find a data sheet for it

the similar available part is the UC2844

They are a PWM chip used in SMPS's

cant help any further
made to order chips are a "pain in the butt" I have a number of different IC's and other RF devices that I cant get data for for the same reason
