Hi all

I have a need to make a very small laboratory type induction melting
furnace for melting about 100 grams of stainless steel pellets - I
cannot use any other device that uses oil for burning.

On searching I could find only details of large systems.

Can any of you please help me with a schematic or any other help,
maybe a URL for a site?
</Q>

The post appeared in the latter newsgroup only and there are some
interesting responses about using a Microwave.

I am sure some in the SED will have more conventional ideas and so
have posted this again in the hope of getting good response..

Thanks all

Why don't you just study the large systems until you fully grok
them, then scale the principles down to what you need?
