small qty HV SMB TVS

I'm looking for less than a reel (~100 pcs) of 180 volt or higher SMB
transient voltage suppressors. An example part # is P6SMB180.

It's easy to get partial reels/cut tape of TVS parts up to 170 volts,
from DigiKey for example, but I can't find any source for the higher
voltage parts.

Any suggestions?
