Dear Alarm Dealer

RGS Technologies is building a nationwide dealer network of select
independent alarm dealers under The
SmartMonitoring/AlarmTech/Med-Alert Group of companies. We are looking
to become a major player for web based security services and will be
marketing with a goal of building public brand awareness for our
dealers and services.

Our focus is twofold...

1)Partner with 2-4 select small to mid sized Central Stations around
the country and partner with interested security professionals across
the United States.

2)Use the Internet to bring security customers to these alarm dealers
and central stations.


Unlike most dealer programs (most Central Station run) that display
their dealers on one or two pages on the Internet, I am working to the
point where anyone on the Internet looking for security services or
monitoring will find us on the first or second page of their Web
search, and be able to quickly find a dealer in their area. We
currently have over 60+ domain names, and around 20 active (Beta)
sites most of them keyword domains for the security field.


All monitoring leads from our Web sites go to the Central Stations and
Dealers.

All security and other services offered from our Web sites go to the
Dealers.

All monitoring customers signing up through our CS Internet sites will
go a SmartMonitoring Dealer(s).

We are looking for select dealers that would like to join us. If you
are not happy with your current dealer program, check out our
opportunity. This is a truly unique venture that we are undertaking.

This is a ground floor opportunity with limited openings.

We are open to working with mid-sized security and alarm franchises
that wish to join our group.

Here's the way it will work. You send me your money and I spend it.
You do whatever you want to do and keep sending me money at specific

There is no charge to the dealers for joining our dealer group.

Our partner central stations give us bulk rates for monitoring that
are passed to our dealers with a small percentage comming back to
SmartMonitoring for our services and websites. Dealers pay nothing to
us.

By partnering with SmartMonitoring and the AlarmTech group, our
partner Central Stations will be getting new security dealers And
security dealers will be getting new customers. Our partner central
stations can offer a unique feature for dealers that most central
stations don't have.

Security dealers with under 200 accounts can save anywhere from $1-3
per account from the CS, get special pricing on CS dealer services and
get a large Internet presence. Our dealers receive ALL leads coming
through our websites.

The one key requirement for dealers is that they charge customers the
posted pricing for monitoring. Dealers that charge more can use
SmartMonitoring central station services as a client member, but will
not be listed on our websites.

Even though we have not launched to the public yet or promoted our
sister websites to the searc engines, we are getting 1-3 requests per
day for dealers around the country for service or monitoring.
