Retrace lines on old Magnavox

Hello;

This CR4521 P102( chassis# 25S102) came in dead after a power surge.

Replaced a resistor in the Standby 5V circuit and the set powered up.

I have a raster, but it is with white retrace lines and a very dim picture.
I've been working from a schem that's close.

Video to the guns is good (just like the schemo) The grids are at the proper
volts 0V, 320V, 8KV. The gun transistors are getting B+.

I've used another pix tube in the shop to verify that I don't have a grid
short.

Also tested for bad electro. caps in the power supplies, especially C432
the noted failure cause.

I'm not finding any open or shorted components on the board either.
I'm running out of ideas. Got any ?

Check 130v supply, make sure it is regulating.

Check C461, which is the 200V supply for CRT board.
