resistance of copper vs frequency

Hi all,

Is there any simple way to work out what the resistance of a copepr trace
would be, based on its length, thickness,frequency ?

What I have is a 1mm wide copper track, about 2" long running about 200khz,
thats got to work out to a ohm or 3 ?

hmm, its FR4 PCB, 0.15mm (I think)
