I have a RGB controller connected to a 12V Dimmable Magnetic driver (MAGNITUDE M150L12DC-AR) and when I attempt to turn the LED strip on the lights pulse and shut off periodically. Anyone ever have this issue? It's not a wattage issue and the RGB Strip is a quality strip. I also notice when connecting it to a different controller, I don't get a humm/buzz on full power but if I were to dim any of the channels the power supply begins to hum. Seems something is on the fritz.. can't figure it out. Wiring all appears correct from asking someone that knows.

Note, I also connected my single color white LED tape light and had the same issue. Full power no humm/buzz but when dimming the power supply begins to buzz.

I took a quick video, the humm is little louder in person:

Triac-based dimmers cause current pulses which, in turn, can cause transformer core laminations to buzz if they aren't adequately clamped or bonded together. Your driver includes a transformer.
