Hi,
ST has a very interesting component to use in an SMPS, the PKC-136 or
"Peak Clamp". It is a blocking diode and a transil in one package.
Two problems with this device (in our application):
* The price is twice the cost of our current solution with two single
diodes.
* It is not available in SMD
Does anyone know a good alternative for this component?
