Hi,
Does anybody know anything about this item? It's basically working,
the timing of the output pulses is quite different from the dial
settings - around 20% off. The big problem is the output amplifier.
the aux output and clock output are perfect but the level on the main
output has a couple of problems.
This unit has two sliders to set the upper voltage and lower voltage
of the output pulse adjustable between +/- 20V though mechanically
limited to a maximum of 20Vp-p between the two.
The actual output voltage is lower than this and if you set the lower
voltage to 0V, as you raise the upper voltage the lower voltage raises
also. To get a 0-5V signal out you have to set it to +6V / -1V.
The adjustable rise/fall time also doesn't seem to be working quite
right, the 6 and 20ns ranges don't do anything but that is probably
easier than the output amp to fix.
