it's very nice to be a member on forum , but learn that new member can't post threads on most of forum sections , maybe i should take more time to know this electronics points

Welcome to the forums sealarm, which sections are you having problems posting in? I saw you tried to make a post in the for sale section and I've manually approved that post (we only allow non-commercial posts there).
