Need HP 8569B Switch

Please help!

I have a HP 8569B on which the contact fingers for one of the control
panel switches has fallen out.....this is one of the white, plastic
switch wafers with the metal contact fingers which brush against the
gold-plated circuit board traces.

Each finger set consists of 4 fingers connected together.

If anyone has a spare parts unit and could spare one of these wafers,
I can remove the fingers and repair my analyzer.
