Need help with a 7 segments scrolling message

this is only part of my problem, my 7-segment display should at least show the chosen letters for the project in sequence, but this is happening... the letters that i choose was "I, F, C, E". the name of the simulator is "SimulIDE"



and thats my truth table:

What is "this"?


Note that these 4 letters have 2 segments in common (red) . So you need to control only 3 more segments (green):
