multiple circuit enclosure

In an enclosure that is supplied by more than one set of power conductors and more than one over current protective device, i thought that the NEC has a standard statement to be placed on the enclosure front face. Something like:

This enclosure is supplied with more than one power circuit. Assure all energized circuits are disconnected prior to performing maintenance.

But I can not find a general statement in the code.

maybe they dont

if its not there you have several choices
1) it never was
2) its fallen off
3) someone has removed it

is it really a big deal ?
