Mobile Phone Repeater

I want to be able to re transmit Mobile signals from inside a tunnel, does
such equipment exist?
I want it for 900 and 1800MHz networks.

Contact Motorola. They may not want to sell this to you. These are fairly
complex, and must comply to the signal management of the local cell phone
companies.

The main cell phone companies in this area were offering portable repeaters
for automobiles and utility vehicles to be used in remote areas that are on
the fringe or just out of range of the main repeaters. I believe that these
were programmed just to work with specific cell phone accounts only.

Thanks for replying, do you have any contacts or should I just email the

For those two applications you might want to look at LGC Wireless -
LGCell microcell extender. Another company TX-RX Systems also makes
systems, not sure if they make 1900 MHz though.

I have worked with both types of systems. Both good products. There are
also some very "cheap" products out there as well, that probably won't
hold up, and may even cause interference to the systems.
