Builder has managed to not only drill through my video conection cable but also roll it up nicely as he was unaware it had snagged.
My problem and what I need some advice on , the damaged device is a swann security cam and monitor the type that has 6 led infrared and mic all driven via the monitor, the severed cable has 4 wires incased into a single sheath, I have managed to work out the power which uses the red and screen to power the camera which leaves two cables white and yellow , yellow is normally video so that leaves me with white which must be the audio but where to connect both the video and audio screens to complete the circuit is my nemasis I think I am correct in thinking that video and aduio screens are separate I need help wireing this
