Laptop Power Supply

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a 16V DC, 2.8Amp power
supply for my laptop in Melbourne (doesnt have to be specific to my laptop,
any generic p/s with those specs will do). More detailed specs on the power
supply required are available here:

definatly dont want to spend that, looking to spend around $100 max if
possible.
